Structured capital.
Selective mandates.
SJS Partners operates across corporate advisory, fund management, direct investments, and selective venture incubation. We take on mandates where structure, governance, and direct oversight are critical to execution — particularly across cross-border situations involving capital, counterparties, and operating complexity.

Regulated demand, short supply
Structuring and operating in Australia

Quarry and construction materials
Investing and operating in Indonesia
Infrastructure is built from aggregates, and in Indonesia a quarry’s value sits less in the rock than in the licence, the land and the relationships around it.

A repricing is not a collapse
